Process Excellence, Health & Automation is embedded within first line of defence, proactively supporting all Businesses and Functions in managing required responsibilities, with end-to-end oversight on all processes and issues, and proactively supporting Businesses and Functions in managing responsibilities, with an objective to maintain a state of Permanent Control Readiness.

About the Role
The Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. The job role requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Key Responsibilities:
.Interaction and coordination with multiple Business SPOCs, Ops, Tech, DM, Risk teams for regulatory reporting requirements..Centralized tracking of all Audit & regulatory Issues of the Bank and highlight challenges in meeting the timelines/ time bound closure of observations, strong tracking cadence and early escalation of any delays..Drive corrective actions along with leads and Business SPOCs..Preparation of Inventory for regulatory reporting for the Bank not covered by centralized reporting team, managing, and tracking the submission..Maintenance of a comprehensive repository of new/ existing processes/ policies..Initiates and develops relationships with others throughout the business unit and the company to identify and understand business needs & issues..Regulatory Change Management - timely implementation of regulatory directives and early escalation of any delays.Qualifications.Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.5-8 years of control and/or project experience.High attention to detail and qualityRole Proficiencies:.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language.Good project management experience and proficiency on Excel and Powerpoint.Good people skills and ability to influence outcomes in a cross-functional setting.Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment.Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.Ability to understand, interpret and design customer journeys
