Key Responsibilities

• Test and ensure the quality of features in the PegaCALL application.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts alongside manual test cases.
• Participate in Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement in quality practices.
• Mentor team members in innovative testing approaches.
• Take ownership of components/tasks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Perform API testing, automation, and non-functional testing where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM setup.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 to 6 years in QA with experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Serverless architecture, AWS, OpenSearch.
• Proficient in Playwright for automation and API testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, REST services, Selenium, Java (OOPS), GIT/SVN, Jenkins, and Cucumber framework.
• Exposure to Non-Functional Testing, shell scripting, and Linux environments (good to have).
• Hands-on experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.
