Required Skills Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree
in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
8 15 years of total experience
, with at least
6+ years in Pega PRPC development
.
Certified as
Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
or
Lead System Architect (LSA)

mandatory for senior roles
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Pega 8.x or higher
.
Proficiency in
case design, flows, data pages, activities, decision rules, declaratives, and UI design
.
Experience with
Pega integration services (SOAP/REST connectors, JMS, file listeners, etc.)
.
Strong knowledge of
Pega Deployment Manager, CI/CD, and DevOps tools
.
Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
