Pega Senior Systems Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our team as a Pega Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Pega version 8+ and a strong background in implementing solutions on the Pega Cloud platform. This role will be responsible for leading the architecture and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Pega applications. Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Pega version 8+. Define technical architecture and application design in alignment with business goals. Oversee implementation of Pega solutions on Pega Cloud, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Guide development teams on Pega best practices, guardrails, and code quality standards. Conduct design and code reviews, and ensure reusability and maintainability of application components. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues and performance tuning. Support migration, upgrades, and integration with third-party systems and APIs. Show more Show less
