Pega Senior System Architect

As a Pega Development Platform Specialist at EY, you will play a crucial role in helping clients design and develop state-of-the-art applications to optimize business processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Working effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating managers on task progress - Striving to exceed client and team expectations, working on increasingly complex assignments - Developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients and onsite personnel - Ensuring timely delivery of allocated tasks - Participating in Scrum ceremonies, providing status updates, and engaging in design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities as required - Ensuring compliance with EY policies and procedures such as Timesheet and Leaves management - Adhering to quality protocols specified for the project - Updating technical architecture/design and unit test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables - Building Technical Assets and Accelerators The skills and attributes needed for success in this role include: - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations - Hands-on experience in at least 3-4 projects - Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform - Understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience in PL/SQL - Ability to cross skill and cross train as per business requirements To qualify for this role, you must have: - 4-7 years of Pega Application development knowledge using the Pega Development platform - Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations - Good understanding of Pega Constellation and optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI - Hands-on experience in Pega Cloud, SWIFT MX and MT Message Processing, Integration modules, Case Management, Pega Integrations, and more - Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies and Pega Best Practices - Certification as a CSSA or CLSA Part 1 - Hands-on experience in Smart Dispute or Smart Investigate Frameworks Ideally, you should also have: - B.E/B.Tech or MCA with 2-3 years of experience with Big 4 or paneled SI/ITeS companies - Understanding of Pega Best Practices and Guardrail improvement techniques - Experience in team grooming and exposure to Pega Deployment Manager In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of commercial acumen, technical experience, and enthusiasm for learning in a fast-moving environment.
