Pega Senior System Architect

Key Responsibilities: - Work effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibilities, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating managers on task progress - Strive to exceed client and team expectations by working on increasingly complex assignments - Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and onsite personnel - Ensure timely delivery of allocated tasks - Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates - Engage in design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities as required - Adhere to EY policies and procedures such as Timesheet and Leaves management - Ensure compliance with quality protocols specified for the project - Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases to deliver high-quality outcomes - Build technical assets and accelerators Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of Pega Application development experience using the Pega Development platform - Involvement in at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations - Good understanding of Pega Constellation and optimizing workflows using Pega Agentic AI - Experience in Pega Cloud for at least 1-2 years - Hands-on experience in SWIFT MX and MT Message Processing, Integration modules, Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models, Reporting, Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors, UI/UX & Portals development rules, and Pega application performance tuning - Knowledge of Pega Best Practices and project implementation methodologies - Certification as CSSA OR CLSA Part1 - Experience in Smart Dispute (SD) or Smart Investigate Frameworks would be advantageous Additional Company Details: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) operates as a dynamic and truly global network, spanning across six locations worldwide.
