Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, architecture, and development of PEGA-based solutions.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to define system requirements and business processes.Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.Guide and mentor the development team in PEGA PRPC, integrations, and workflows.Perform impact analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting for complex PEGA implementations.Work on PEGA upgrades, migration, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application efficiency.
