Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)

Are you passionate about building scalable, high-quality Pega solutions We are looking for a Pega Lead System Architect with 10-12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore and lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor developers while ensuring best practices, reusability, and quality across projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver Pega solutions aligned with business needs. Work closely with SMEs, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements. Mentor and guide developers, ensuring code reviews & design reviews are implemented. Advocate and implement best practices for reusability & quality. Architect complex solutions using latest Pega features (Constellation, App Studio, migrations). Lead Agile projects (sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives). Oversee integration with databases, cloud services & other systems. Support deployments, production support, and post go-live knowledge transition. Collaborate with stakeholders, portfolio leads, and business teams to solve complex problems. Skills & Qualifications: 10-12 years of experience in Pega development. Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) - Mandatory. Strong expertise in Pega 8.0+, case & process design, integrations, security & reporting. Prior experience with Smart Dispute / Smart Investigate is a plus. Hands-on experience with Constellation & App Studio migration. Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
