The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega PRPC, strong problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to guide teams in delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Pega application architecture and development, ensuring adherence to best practices and business requirements. Design and implement Pega Infinity solutions, leveraging DX APIs and Constellation UI. Provide technical governance and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pega frameworks. Architect and integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP, REST, JMS, and Data Flow. Optimize performance and scalability, troubleshooting issues using Admin Studio. Mentor and guide teams of developers, ensuring adherence to design patterns and best practices. Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver high-quality solutions. Work in conjunction with the project manager to size, manage scope and risk. Participate actively in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and Agile rituals as part of a SAFe delivery model. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and additional consulting within the business. Work with onshore counterpart and BAs and drive the deliverables of the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) with at least 3+ years of experience in the architect role. Must be proficient in Pega Infinity solutions, DX APIs, and Constellation UI. 7+ years hands-on experience of Pega PRPC design including (class structure, org structure, privileges & roles, and access groups), UI/UX, Authentication, and Security. Proficient with the Pega implementation cycle, including backend processes, business application and rules development, business process modeling, UI elements, activity development, declarative rules, constellation, DX API, components, configuration sets, integration rules, decision rules, testing, deployment, and production application support. Pega Infinity experience Experience in Pega Environment Setup and maintenance, managing releases, Pega ruleset versioning and packaging. Overall knowledge of object-oriented programming, AWS RDS(Postgres), tomcat and EKS cluster. Clear understanding of event-driven and delegate-based design paradigms. Experience in data modeling techniques and knowledge and applicability of various normal forms. Experience and knowledge of multi-tier and cross-platform architectures driven towards mobility. Experience with architecting mobile enterprise solutions based on REST web services. Experience in developing of IT architecture plans and software development methodologies. Working knowledge of web-based technologies; HTTP, AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery and CSS3. Preferred: Agile development environment especially SCRUM using ADO. Experience in migrating Pega traditional applications to Constellation applications. Messaging architectures (EAI), SOAP, and Web API. Data Warehousing and Master Data Management.
