Job Description

As a Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA), your role will involve the following: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega development and architecture. - Certification: Possess CLSA certification (Pega 7.x or 8.x) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. - Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the latest Pega versions (8.x / Infinity). - Advanced concepts: Familiarity with Low Code/No Code, Constellation, Process Fabric, Containerization, App Studio, Gen AI, and Knowledge Buddy. - Core Skills: Expertise in Case & Data Management, Integrations (REST), Security (OAuth, RBAC, ABAC), and Node/Cluster basics. - Performance: Strong skills in tuning, monitoring, and DB optimization. - UI: Deep knowledge of Pega UI architectures. - Leadership: Ability to mentor teams and enforce best practices. - Collaboration: Experience in Agile/DevOps practices and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, it would be nice to have experience in: - Industry frameworks such as Customer Service, Smart Investigate, etc. - UI/UX with React/Angular/HTML5. - Cloud experience and relevant certifications. - Skills in pre-sales, CoE setup, and client-facing interactions.
