PEGA Developer

You will be responsible for working proficiently in the Pega toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software. Your strong understanding of Agile methodologies will enable you to work effectively in common frameworks. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in various software engineering disciplines and possess a sound understanding of software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software. - Possess a strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, application resiliency, and security. - Have proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages. - Work collaboratively in small, agile teams to achieve organizational goals. - Exhibit a passion for fostering an innovative culture. - Utilize hands-on Pega coding for implementing and upgrading experiences. - Familiarity with Smart Investigate, Pega rules process commander, and PRPC. - Knowledge of Business Process Management. - Preferred experience in Oracle PL/SQL database, although not required. - Minimum of 6-7 years of experience working with the Pega toolset. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages. - Ability to apply software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.,
