As a Technical Expert in Pega Customer Service (Pega CS) and Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander), your role involves demonstrating strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Next-Best-Action (NBA), Decisioning, and Chatbots. You will utilize experience with Pega integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, JMS, and APIs. Additionally, applying knowledge of cloud environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker is essential. Certifications required for this role are: - Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) (Mandatory) - Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) (Preferred) - Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) (Highly Preferred) Your Soft Skills should include: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to lead teams and drive technical decision-making. Qualifications for this position include: - 5+ years of experience in Pega development and architecture. - 3+ years of experience working on Pega Customer Service (Pega CS) solutions. - Prior experience in customer service domain (telecom, banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.,
