Job Title: Pega CLSA Remote (Customer Service Framework) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Experience: 10+ Years Availability: Immediate to 30 days Certification: Pega CLSA Certified (Mandatory) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) to join our team for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega Customer Service Framework (CS Framework) and be capable of leading complex, enterprise-level implementations and guiding development teams in best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of Pega applications using the Pega Customer Service Framework . Define and enforce best practices in Pega architecture and design. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Pega developers and architects. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guardrails. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Pega platform. Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Pega CLSA Certified – Mandatory. Minimum of 10 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in Pega PRPC development . Strong hands-on experience in Pega Customer Service Framework . Experience in designing scalable and high-performing Pega applications. Expertise in Pega case design, data modeling, integrations (REST/SOAP), UI/UX, and decisioning.
