Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Lead – Presales professional with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Build, Design, and Architecture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, creating Intellectual Properties and Accelerators that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales engagements, workshops, and short-term consulting assignments focused on Pega solutions.
• Develop innovative solutions, accelerators, and reusable components to drive business impact.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, technical, and vertical teams to create winning technical proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Provide expert guidance on current and emerging technology trends to develop cost-effective and competitive value propositions.
• Support key strategic accounts and “must-win” prospects by assisting sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate solution benefits and differentiate offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pega Certified Lead with proven expertise in Pega Build, Design, and Architecture.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and ability to translate them into business value.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
