Basic debugging / performance management knowledge • Actively suggests improvements to enhance production performance and mitigate issues. • Integration specialist, knowledge of creating and maintaining rest api in Pega platform. • Understanding of PDC, tracer, Pega logs and other tools for production monitoring. Good-to-Have: • Knowledge of Pegacloud infrastructure, version upgrade process. • Understanding of data flows and data management in Pega. • Good understanding of building blocks of a pega application like Activities, flows, rule resolution. • Basic understanding of access controls and role management. • Aware of deployment and testing practices in Pega, has a devops mindset Deployment manager experience is good to have. • Basic knowledge with use of database tools and SQL.
