·      Handling the Offshore Support team and provide the support if team facing any issue

Pega Certified CSA and CSSA

·      ITIL Knowledge ( Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)

·      Exposure in Dynatrace, Splunk monitoring tools

·      Should have good experience in client communication and priority incidents resolution part

·      Good communication skill to discuss with stockholders and need to initiate automation part using pega to reduce the manual effort in support activities

Work Location   Hybrid/Remote Anywhere in India
