Job Description

As an experienced professional with 8-9 years of experience, you will lead projects focusing on designing, developing, and optimizing business processes across the Pega platform. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying, developing, and documenting repeatable design and implementation methodologies based on functional requirements using Pega. - Defining, developing, documenting, and maintaining governance for the use of Pega. - Collaborating in a cross-functional team environment to align corporate-wide settings and configurations with business requirements. - Proposing alternatives to custom solutions by effectively leveraging Pega's out-of-the-box solutions. - Creating user acceptance testing and performance testing plans to validate and support customizations, features, and functionalities. - Reviewing Pega designs for existing and new applications to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines. - Conducting code reviews for Pega solutions and functionality. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification. - At least 5 years of experience in Pega implementations and designing Pega apps. - Deep understanding of Pega, including experience with Pega version 7.x/8.x platforms. - Proficiency with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative), and full Pega implementation cycles. - Enforcing best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding. - Experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems. - Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to new information.
