Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at our Noida center. Responsibilities include assessing children's developmental needs, designing and implementing personalized therapy plans, guiding children through evidence-based therapeutic exercises, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams for holistic treatment. The role involves hands-on support and interaction with children to promote their physical, cognitive, and emotional development. The therapist will also serve as a guide for families, offering insights and strategies for fostering development at home.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy
• Knowledge of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation practices for children
• Understanding of child development principles, including Psychology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Relevant certification and valid licensure in Pediatric Occupational Therapy
• Experience with developmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and Cerebral Palsy is an advantage
