• Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze insurance claims data efficiently ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Conduct thorough reviews of claims documentation to identify discrepancies and ensure all necessary information is captured.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to claims processing.
• Maintain detailed records of claims activities ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for audits.
• Support the team in implementing new strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the claims department.
