Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Multi Channel Helpdesk professional where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in the Hi-Tech domain. With a focus on English communication you will assist clients through various channels ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently. This hybrid role offers a balanced work-life experience with no travel required and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to clients through multiple communication channels ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues leveraging your knowledge in the Hi-Tech domain to deliver accurate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions ensuring all information is accurately documented for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices for improved customer satisfaction.
Utilize strong English communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions to clients.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
