Job Description

We are looking for skilled PDS Modelers with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team at Rcad Solutions, playing a crucial role in the Engineering & Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modeling and simulation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain detailed models of complex systems using PDS software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Create and modify models to ensure accuracy and consistency with industry standards.
Analyze model performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in PDS modeling.

Job Requirements

Proficient in PDS software with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is an asset.
