Job Description

Job Title: PCB Soldering Technician Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Soldering Technician to join our electronics manufacturing/assembly team. The role involves soldering and assembling electronic components on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) while ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual and wave soldering of electronic components on PCBs. Read and interpret circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Inspect and test soldered connections to ensure compliance with quality standards (IPC standards preferred). Identify and repair soldering defects such as cold joints, bridges, or excess solder. Handle SMD (Surface-Mount Device) and through-hole soldering as required. Maintain soldering tools and equipment in proper working condition. Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety guidelines during assembly. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure defect-free products. Maintain production reports and documentation.
