Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review employee timesheets for accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheet submissions
  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours worked and leave taken
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll departments to ensure timely processing of payroll
  • Generate reports related to employee attendance and hours worked
  • Assist in the development and implementation of timesheet policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  •  Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping
  •  Experience with payroll software is a plus

Skills:

  •  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  •  Effective communication skills
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  •  Familiarity with payroll systems and time tracking software
