Job Description: Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities:  Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees across multiple locations.  Ensuring adherence to all statutory regulations like PF, ESIC, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, P Tax, labor laws, and other relevant legislations.  Proficient in calculating TDS on salaries as per applicable sections of the Income Tax Act.  Experienced in preparing and filing TDS returns (Form 24Q) within statutory deadlines.  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and any changes in pay or status.  Preparing payroll-related reports, summaries, and reconciliations for management, auditors, and other stakeholders.  Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Experience:  5+ years of experience in payroll management or related roles.  Familiarity with payroll software.
