Payroll Coordinator- US & Japan

In this role, you will support year-end activities such as tax filings, W-2s (US), Gensen-choshu (Japan), and other statutory reports. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on employee data, benefits, and accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Support year-end activities including tax filings, W-2s (US), Gensen-choshu (Japan), and other statutory reports. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on employee data, benefits, and accounting. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with global teams across time zones. In this role, you will be required to have exposure to year-end activities including tax filings, W-2s (US), Gensen-choshu (Japan), and other statutory reports. Please note that the work location for this full-time, permanent position is in person. The schedule includes evening and fixed shifts.,
