Payroll Cloud Implementation Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing user design to ensure optimum end user experience, coordinating testing with other lines of business, logging and monitoring bugs, and effectively communicating project testing progress to the team. Additionally, you will update and log new projects, lead or participate in conference calls, and provide support with learning and documenting business requirements. You will also provide training on new cloud systems to users, assist with the creation of communication plans, support post go-live activities, and continuously adapt knowledge on existing/new cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Review user design for optimum end user experience - Assist with creating or improving testing matrices - Coordinate testing with other lines of business impacted - Log and monitor all bugs relating to systems being tested, collaborating closely with developers - Effectively communicate project testing progress to project team and escalate issues in a timely manner - Ensure project deadlines are being met by monitoring information gathering and issue resolution - Update and log new projects in project tracking software - Lead or participate in conference calls in a professional manner - Support others in the team with learning and queries - Support with learning and documenting the business requirements - Provide training on new cloud systems to users - Assist with creation of communication plans - Provide support post go live - Understand, acknowledge, and operate within the department policies and procedures - Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Supervisor - Continuously adapt knowledge on existing/new cloud implementations to ensure first level of support Qualifications: - Career Level - IC3 About Us: As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle leverages tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
