Payroll & Benefits Analyst

As a subject matter expert in Health & Welfare Benefits, wellness, and compensation-related policies and programs, you will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and developing solutions to administer employee benefits. You will serve as the primary contact for employees, addressing benefit-compensation-related issues, questions, and decisions on eligibility. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between employees and third-party vendors, coordinating the communication effectively. Collaborating with COE leaders, you will be involved in analyzing and creating new plan recommendations for management on cost-sharing benefits between the employer and employee. Your role will also include developing census data and obtaining quotations from insurance companies to support decision-making processes. In the Talent Development aspect of the role, you will work with COE leaders to identify vendors and training modules for India operations. You will guide the HR team in the implementation of performance appraisals and succession planning strategies.
