Job Title: Payroll Executive (Fresher)
Location: Ekkatuthangal
Salary: ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive (Fresher) to support our HR and payroll operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in payroll processing and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monthly payroll processing for employees
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Support in attendance, leave, and overtime data collection
• Assist with salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
• Coordinate with HR for employee data updates
• Help in generating payslips and payroll reports
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll information
• Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BBA HR / B.Sc preferred)
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of payroll concepts is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn payroll systems and HR processes

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
