Experience:

About the Role:

Payroll and Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Handle end-to-end payroll for employees, including salary disbursements, bonuses, and deductions.
Manage attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related adjustments.

Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure timely filing of TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
Handle employee tax deductions and support audits related to payroll.

Payroll Systems:

Maintain payroll data in payroll applications (e.g., SAP, ADP, etc.).
Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy.

BPO-Specific:

Ensure payroll compliance with BPO industry-specific rules (e.g., shift allowances, overtime, etc.).
Manage payroll for a large workforce in a dynamic environment.

Employee Support:

Address employee queries related to payroll and taxes.
Collaborate with HR to ensure correct employee data for payroll processing.

Required Skills:

Experience:
3+ years in payroll processing, taxation, and compliance.
Payroll Software:
Experience with payroll applications like SAP, ADP, etc.
Taxation:
Knowledge of TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance requirements.
BPO Experience:
Preferred experience working in BPO companies.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
