Payroll Analyst I - AMEA

The ideal candidate for this position will be an Any UG/PG graduate with a strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance, particularly within the AMEA regions. Familiarity with Workday PECI integrations is preferred. In addition, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. The candidate should have a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, possess a proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills, and multilingual capabilities would be a plus. In this role, you will collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate month-end reporting, including journal creation and reconciliation, and assist in resolving open queries. You will also be responsible for submitting all statutory filings, tax returns, and other local authority reports within designated deadlines while handling confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
