Payments Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Analyze business needs and translate them into solution architectures.
• Define end-to-end solution design, covering data flows, processes, system interactions, and integration points.
• Create and maintain functional architecture diagrams, process models, and supporting documentation.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary interface with business and client stakeholders for requirements and design decisions.
• Facilitate discussions and walkthroughs with client SMEs and product owners to refine and finalize solutions.

Agile Collaboration & Team Alignment

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure alignment on scope and implementation.

Solution Proposals & Pre-Sales Support

• Prepare and present solution proposals, Demos, architectural blueprints, and delivery roadmaps to clients.
• Contribute to estimation, effort sizing, and resource planning.
• Support business development and pre-sales conversations when required.

Solution Development

• Enhance and extend existing product components to address client-specific use cases and product roadmap items.
• Develop reusable solution components, libraries, and accelerators for demos and rapid prototyping.
• Translate proposed architecture into working proof-of-concepts or demo flows.
• Strong experience in backend or full-stack development in dotnet
• Guide team members on design and development best practices, while also being hands-on with implementation.
• Familiarity with API design, integration frameworks, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience building POCs, MVPs, or internal tools in fast-paced environments

Must-Have Qualifications

• 811 years of overall experience
• Prior experience in Payments/Fintech domain is mandatory
• Proven track record in solution architecture and development, client engagement, and Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of API-driven integrations, compliance standards, and scalable systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
