Payments Pricing (Treasury Services) - Associate

Join the team that is driving market strategy for one of the most innovative banks. You will be responsible for leading complex pricing execution scenarios and handling ad-hoc requests for our largest (Enterprise) global clients. Acting as a liaison between Sales and Product teams, you will provide innovative solutions that consider holistic client relationships as well as product-specific concerns. In this role, you will enhance pricing models for our largest and most complex deals, improve controls over data inputs and outputs, and develop model efficiencies. Additionally, you will integrate pricing models for targeted products and cross-business strategies, develop client-based reporting to support Sales in pitching unique offerings, and facilitate custom deal reviews including sensitivity and scenario planning. You will also be involved in mapping and reconciling financial data and reporting used for Treasury Services pricing. Managing work and priorities independently with a strong work ethic will be a key aspect of this role. The qualifications, capabilities, and skills required for this position include having 4-6 years of experience in pricing, product, TS sales, finance, or consulting roles. You should possess strong financial modeling experience, including financial statement analysis and business case development, as well as comfort with statistical techniques. A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential, as you will be expected to break down complex problems, structure solutions, and guide management decision-making through data-driven insights. Executive presence is crucial for effectively communicating findings from data analysis to senior stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills are also necessary for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders of all levels. Strategic thinking, proactive solution creation, project and process management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint are required. Familiarity with analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is a plus. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business, with an MBA being preferred. Experience with pricing and/or valuation, being team-oriented, inquisitive, a critical thinker who can anticipate questions, and having previous experience in analysis and strategy with fact-based writing and storytelling skills are desirable. Additionally, possessing strong presentation skills to communicate insights in a concise and confident manner is advantageous for this role.,
