Payments Analyst

Your primary responsibilities in this role will involve managing ongoing vendor relationships, assessing performance and costs, and overseeing renewals. You will collaborate with stakeholders across various business functions including Client Management, Commercial, Compliance, Financial Operations, Legal, Product, and Technology from multiple global locations. Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner, proactively driving opportunities for improvements, preparing data for business insights, gathering requirements for funding projects, and assisting in the rollout of new initiatives are key aspects of this position. To excel in this role, you will need a BA/BS Degree along with experience in vendor management, supporting teams with queries, and managing demands of multiple business stakeholders, preferably in a regulated industry. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and a self-driven, team-oriented approach to work will be beneficial. The working environment for this role is hybrid, and there may be travel requirements as applicable.
