As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and expertise: - Strong proficiency in Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering valuable outcomes. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular. - Experience with cloud deployments and understanding of Java design patterns and algorithms. - Familiarity with NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems in high-transaction environments. - Knowledge of both Apache Cassandra and relational databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including GCP, and expertise in application design and automated testing. - Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions. - Leading architecture and design discussions to create scalable systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and align engineering efforts with business priorities. - Participating in product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance. - Providing technical documentation, code reviews, and constructive feedback to team members. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and mentoring junior developers. Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - Over 5 years of professional software development experience. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures. - Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
