Payment Processing Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and approving high-value transactions and exceptional cases. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports to measure team performance and transaction accuracy. - Maintaining accurate records for all daily transactions. - Updating internal systems with financial data. - Accurately recording entries into the accounting system. - Reconciling bank statements, Creditor Statements, etc. - Assisting and participating in all internal and external audits. - Providing insights and analysis to management for informed decision-making. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. - Monitoring fraudulent activities and implementing measures to mitigate risks. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders. - Training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. CA (5+ years) with related experience will also be preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP and Microsoft office applications. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.,
