Payment Operations - Associate

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, your main role will be to handle regulatory reporting that needs to be submitted to the regulator(s). You will be responsible for scrutinizing documentary evidence in line with the required regulations before processing transactions. Additionally, you will work closely with Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product teams to ensure transaction handling complies with regulatory guidelines. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the team to support the roll out of cash product initiatives, including system and technology implementations for clients. Your qualifications, capabilities, and skills should include: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 8 years of work experience in Trade Finance or banking-related roles - Strong knowledge of banking norms and regulations, particularly Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) guidelines - Thorough understanding of regulations related to current and capital account transactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Outstanding interpersonal and partnership abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills that would be beneficial for this role: - Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus - Chartered Accountant certification would be advantageous Please note that any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
