Job Description

Manage and optimize live transfer call campaigns targeted at the US market.

Work on CPS, CPA, CPL and Pay Per Call models across multiple performance verticals.

Generate, monitor, and scale high-quality inbound/outbound call traffic.

Coordinate with affiliate partners, vendors, and publishers to grow call volume and improve conversion rates.

Manage daily tracking, reporting, and performance analytics for campaigns.

Ensure compliance with campaign requirements, call quality standards, and partner policies.

Work closely with sales & account management teams to meet monthly targets.

Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns in Nutra, E-commerce, VPN, Credit Score, ACA, Insurance, and other US verticals.

Handle troubleshooting, call routing optimization, and technical escalations (if required).

Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and internal call teams.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Pay Per Call marketing or US lead generation (mandatory).

Proven experience managing live transfer call campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
