Role Overview: As a Pattern Master for Woven Garments at Nava India, Coimbatore, your role involves developing garment patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, or buyer specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate fit, size grading, and style detailing for woven garments. Conducting sample fitting sessions and making necessary pattern corrections will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with designers, merchandisers, and production teams is essential to ensure feasibility and cost efficiency. You will also need to check fabric behavior, shrinkage, and fall before finalizing patterns. Maintaining the pattern library, ensuring proper documentation, supervising pattern cutters, and guiding them in layout and cutting are crucial aspects of the role. It is imperative to ensure that patterns meet quality standards and production timelines.
