We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pattern Master to join our Garment Manufacturing Unit in Gurgaon. As a Pattern Master, you will be responsible for pattern making, grading, modifications, tailor handling, sample fitting, measurement making, new development, etc. You should have proficiency in software such as Optitex, Tuka, and Reichpeice. Your primary duties will include planning and preparing the pattern making process based on the tech pack, creating patterns using basic tools and materials, inspecting and validating patterns, and maintaining the work area, tools, and equipment. Additionally, you will be required to interpret design details accurately to create patterns that meet the final product requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented, imaginative, creative, and analytic. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is on a day shift, and the work location is in person.
