Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relationship Executive located in Madurai. The Patient Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating care plans, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, handling patient queries, providing information on homecare services, and liaising with medical professionals to facilitate seamless service delivery. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing patient interactions and queries
• Experience in healthcare management, patient coordination, and care plan development
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in scheduling and administrative tasks
• Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a patient-facing role is beneficial
