As a Patient Relationship Coordinator at our premium physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic in Gurugram or Noida, your role is crucial in managing front-desk operations, patient interactions, and treatment plan enrollments. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Greeting and guiding patients with professionalism and warmth - Explaining treatment plans and services clearly and confidently - Managing appointments, follow-ups, and data using clinic software - Supporting sales and marketing activities through Google, social media, and referrals - Maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters in Physiotherapy, Healthcare, or a similar field (preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Sales/customer service experience preferred (Freshers welcome) - Fluent in English and Hindi - Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts In addition to a competitive salary of 25,000 - 30,000 INR per month plus performance bonuses, you will also enjoy benefits such as paid time off, training & growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a mission-driven, fast-growing healthcare brand.
