Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relations Specialist in Oncology, located in Gurugram. The Patient Relations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with patients and healthcare providers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring seamless communication. Day-to-day tasks will include managing patient records, answering inquiries, facilitating medical travel plans, and providing support and guidance throughout the treatment process. The role also involves liaising with doctors for pre-treatment consultations and post-treatment follow-ups, maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and care quality.
