Job Description

The Patient Relations Officer acts as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team. They ensure patients receive quality care, address concerns, provide guidance about hospital services, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Facilitate communication between patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
Assist patients with admission, discharge, billing, and other administrative processes.
Educate patients about hospital services, policies, and rights.
Handle patient grievances promptly and escalate unresolved issues to management.
Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report findings to improve services.
Maintain accurate records of patient feedback and prepare monthly reports.
Support patients and families with emotional guidance and counseling when required.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth patient care and hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
