Job Description

TERALIFE is a healthcare facilitation company that works with leading hospitals across Hyderabad. We are looking for a self motivated and compassionate patient coordinator that can manage international patients.


Responsibilities -

  1. Patient assistance for hospital appointments
  2. Vendor management for accommodation, logistics and other services
  3. Report compilation and documentation
  4. Specialist doctor outreach for partnership
  5. Billing and expense management for patients


Qualifications -

  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, compassion and interpersonal skills
  • Must have their own laptop
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred
