Role Description

The Patient Care Manager will oversee daily operations related to patient interactions and ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, managing patient satisfaction, facilitating communication between departments, and leading a team to maintain an efficient care process. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mathura, requiring proactive coordination and organisational skills to meet both patient and organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective verbal and written Communication abilities
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities with a focus on patient-centred care
• Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and develop staff effectively
• Superb organisation skills to manage daily operations and maintain an efficient workflow
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry or related service sectors is a plus
