Role Description The Patient Care Manager will oversee daily operations related to patient interactions and ensure the delivery of the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities include addressing patient inquiries, managing patient satisfaction, facilitating communication between departments, and leading a team to maintain an efficient care process. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mathura, requiring proactive coordination and organisational skills to meet both patient and organisational goals.
