Patient Care Coordinator

The key responsibilities of this role include managing daily OPD and IPD operations to ensure smooth patient flow, coordination with doctors, nurses, and billing teams. You will be responsible for handling online appointments, patient bookings, and follow-ups through the hospital CRM or portal. Additionally, you will support in hospital administrative tasks such as admission, discharge, documentation, and addressing patient queries. Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate with diagnostic, pharmacy, and support departments to ensure seamless service delivery. It will be your responsibility to ensure patient satisfaction by actively addressing issues and maintaining good communication with all stakeholders. This is a full-time job that requires working in day shift and evening shift schedules. The work location is in person. The job type is full-time and permanent, with the schedule including day shift and morning shift.,
