Patient Care Coordinator

Job Title: Couple Coordinator / Patient Care Coordinator (IVF)

Job Description :

To act as the single point of contact for IVF couples, coordinating medical procedures, counselling schedules, investigations, billing, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and stress-free treatment journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and guide couples through IVF / IUI / fertility treatment processes
• Schedule and manage appointments, scans, procedures, and follow-ups
• Explain treatment flow, investigations, and timelines (non-clinical)
• Liaise between doctors, nurses, embryologists, lab, pharmacy, and billing
• Ensure completion of consent forms, documentation, and case files
• Support couples emotionally and ensure patient comfort
• Track treatment progress and update records accurately
• Coordinate billing estimates, package explanation, and payment follow-ups
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances politely
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
• Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs and NABH guidelines
• Assist in discharge summary coordination and post-treatment follow-ups

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and counselling skills
• Empathy, patience, and patient-centric approach
• Ability to handle sensitive cases and emotional situations
• Basic medical knowledge of IVF (training will be provided)

Qualification:

• Graduate in Life Sciences / Nursing / Social Work / Psychology
• Experience in IVF / Hospital / Healthcare coordination preferred

Experience:

• 1–5 years in IVF coordination and patient care

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
