Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. You’ll be the main point of contact for patients—scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-ups
• Coordinate care between providers and services
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR
• Answer patient questions and support their care journey

Requirements:

• High school diploma (associate’s degree preferred)
• 1+ year experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology
