Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Patient Care Assistance Trainer to train and mentor candidates in essential patient care skills under our CSR-driven vocational training initiatives. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training modules to prepare trainees for roles in healthcare institutions, focusing on quality patient care and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training sessions on patient care assistance, covering both theory and hands-on practice.
• Teach topics such as:
• Basic nursing and caregiving skills
• Patient hygiene and comfort
• Vital signs monitoring
• First aid and emergency response
• Patient mobility and transfer techniques
• Communication skills for healthcare environments
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, safety guidelines, and ethical practices.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and session reports.
• Mentor trainees, instill confidence, and prepare them for employment in healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with project teams and placement officers for smooth program execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing, GNM, ANM, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or healthcare training experience.
• Prior experience as a trainer or in vocational training programs will be an added advantage.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of patient care practices and healthcare protocols.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Empathy, patience, and ability to connect with trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and role-plays.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation).

Language Requirements

• Fluency in local language (Odia mandatory).
• Working knowledge of English and/or Hindi preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
